As much as we try to avoid big stress in our lives, it happens.
So how do you deal with it?
Do you go for a walk? A run?
Do you eat sweets? (my favorite) 
Do you get out in nature?
Do you have a drink? Or two? Or three? 
There are many ways to cope with stress.
Some positive. Some maybe not so much.

I have shared this with you before. Given the levels of stress that I am seeing in patients recently, I think it is worth sharing again.
