Nervous System Reset Protocol

What is it?

A simple, powerful daily protocol designed to reset your stress response, regulate your nervous system, and align your body, mind, and energy field.
It works by stacking six proven tools—each targeting a different layer of your system: physical, emotional, energetic, and subconscious. Most steps take just a few minutes, but the cumulative effect is profound.

1. Magnetic Ear Seeds

What is it?

Tiny magnets placed on acupuncture points (ST36, SP6, HT7, PC6, Ear Shen Men, DU24) to balance the nervous system, calm anxiety, and restore energy flow. NOTE: SP 6 is CONTRAINDICATED for pregnancy

When to use it

  • Daily during your active reset phase

  • 3–4 days on, then 3–4 days off to give the skin a break

  • Best combined with other elements of the protocol

How to use it

Apply the seeds in the morning or evening. You can use medical tape for body points and pre-sticky seeds for ear points. Let your body rest between cycles.

2. HeartMath 6:6 Coherence Breathing

What is it?

Breathing at a rhythm of 6 seconds in, 6 seconds out to regulate your heart rhythm, shift you into parasympathetic mode, and boost resilience.

When to use it

  • Throughout the day for quick calm

  • Right before or during the Primelight Meditation

  • Anytime you're triggered, anxious, or need to reset

How to use it

Breathe in for 6, out for 6. Use the Insight Timer app or Inner Balance device for rhythm guidance. 3–5 minutes is enough to change your state.

3. MAP on the Go

What is it?

A spoken command that activates your Superconscious mind to clear subconscious blocks, emotional patterns, and outdated memories—on the spot.

When to use it

  • Right before meditation, journaling, or sleep

  • When emotions spike or resistance shows up

  • Anytime you feel stuck or reactive

How to use it

Say:
“Superconscious, please treat this fully.
Please treat any mindset or memory barriers that are in the active experience.
When appropriate, do a massive change history and everything.
Thank you.”
Use aloud or silently.

4. Thymus Tapping

What is it?

A simple energetic activation. Tapping your thymus (mid-chest) while speaking affirmations sends safety signals through your entire system.

When to use it

  • Right before Primelight

  • When looking in the mirror (great daily ritual)

  • Any moment you feel disconnected or doubtful

How to use it

Tap gently on the center of your chest and repeat:
“I am safe. I am enough. I am worthy.”
Do it three times. Feel the words as truth.

 
 

5. Primelight Meditation

What is it?

A guided 20-minute audio by Jesse Elder that blends visualization, breath, and energetic alignment to upgrade your identity and restore inner power.

When to use it

  • Every morning for best results

  • Before work, creative sessions, or major decisions

  • To start your day aligned, grounded, and focused

How to use it

Just press play.
Sit or lie down, breathe, and let the meditation guide you.
Optional: start with 6:6 breathing + thymus tapping for deeper effect.

 

6. Journal Practice

What is it?

A nightly brain-dump and visioning ritual to process the day and pre-pave your next. Journaling clears the clutter and anchors your upgraded identity.

When to use it

  • Each evening before bed

  • After Primelight or MAP on the Go

  • Anytime you want clarity or conscious direction

How to use it
